Feature Enhancements for United Utilities (UU)

United Utilities provides water and wastewater services in the North West of England.


Project Overview

Report A Problem allows UU customers to self-serve and find answers to some common water and wastewater queries. It also enables them to report any problems directly by answering a series of questions via the website.

Up My Street allows the public to check for any potential issues, including upcoming planned work, in a specific area that may be affecting your water supply.

Key Objectives

The project aimed to enhance customer experience through significant improvements in providing information on incidents and water services. 

Collaborating with a cross-functional team, I successfully delivered high-quality solutions on the website. Effective communication of initial solution sketches facilitated a smooth, iterative design process from concept to completion.
